The Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Forum (CDIF) is committed to leading efforts that promote and enhance diversity and inclusion performance in the financial services sector, and to develop comprehensive strategies that foster greater understanding of those efforts among industry stakeholders.

It’s vital the financial services sector amplify its voice to engage, educate and collaborate with business leaders, policymakers, educators and the public. The financial industry must leverage new tools and forums to reach all audiences in the future.
The CDIF will work stridently with federal, state and local policymakers and key stakeholders to impact public policy. The Forum will leverage the voices and best practices of its members to achieve successful public policy outcomes that ensure a more diverse and inclusive industry while enhancing efforts to meet the needs of the industry’s clients.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Best Practices.
Implementation of key best practices in recruitment, retention, mentorship and procurement are foundational to achieving greater diversity and inclusion in the financial services sector. The CDIF will develop and promote such practices throughout the industry. Further, we will heighten the visibility of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) endeavors the industry has undertaken to improve education, empower the veteran community and to foster greater financial literacy throughout the United States.
